Cosy house :) Looking for a girl and guy.(Not couple) in PYRMONT, New South Wales for sale

I am looking for a guy for twin room and a girl for triple room.
Male room is available from 2 of June and Female room is avaiable 4 of June.
Minutes from UTS,TAFE. 3 Minutes from Woolworth, 5 minutes from Central station. 10 minutes to the city.
It's very nice and cosy house. Everybody is very kind and we are living like a family. We go out all together for drink, leisure and fun. Everybody is easygoing and likes to hang out with people. Also nobody makes problem. Everyone keep rules very well. No smoke in the house, No crazy party. Never allow having friends over after 10pm.
We clean the dishes and kitchen right after meal. Also regularly clean all the house, twice in a week.
Everyone has being lived more than 4 months. Almost all people moved in to hang out with new people and they love this house. Even though some people already moved out due to private reason but they often come and have dinner together :) Rent is not small money, I hope it worth.
Rent is $160 per week/per person. $300 for bond. All bills are included (Water, electricity, Unlimited wifi)
